How to connect Intercom to Customer AI?
To connect Intercom with Customer AI you will need a Customer AI account. If you don't have one yet, please sign up here.
Navigate to Integrations
In the left side menu, click Integrations.
Choose Intercom from the list of integrations and click Connect.
Grant Customer AI access to Intercom
You will be asked to authorize access to your Intercom workspace.
Click Authorize access to proceed.
Success! Intercom is now connected.
You will see the status of the Intercom integration change to "Connected". This means that the connection has been made successfully and your data is syncing.
