Export messages from a Topic to CSV format
You can easily export messages from any Topic in the CSV format. CSV files are compatible with most spreadsheet processors such as Microsoft Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.
What does the export contain?
The export contains Topic messages that match your set criteria and the following metadata:
- topic
- date
- snippet_text
- full_text
- URL
- sentiment
- provider_conversation_id
- provider_message_id
- provider_conversation_tags
- provider_user_id
How to generate the export:
- Navigate to any Topic
- Make sure the correct date range is set
- (optional) You can add filters to narrow down your query
- In the top right of the page, click on the three-dot (...) icon and choose Export to CSV
- Tick the option Mentions data and click Export
- Your download will begin in a few moments.
