Subscribe to email Topic Updates
Some topics are more relevant than others. Perhaps you launched a new feature and want to see what your users say about it. Or maybe you want to keep an eye on cancellations so you can jump in and save the customer from leaving.
Now you can subscribe to daily, weekly, or monthly updates for any Topic in Customer AI and get them delivered right into your inbox.
The Topic Update contains:
- Conversation Count and its change
- Conversation Ratio and its change
- Net Sentiment and its change
- Five recent messages
How to subscribe to Topic Updates?
- Navigate to any Topic that you would like to subscribe to
- In the top right, click Subscribe
- Choose the desired email update frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Save your choice.
How to unsubscribe from Topic Updates?
- Click on your user name in the top right of the navigation bar
- Select User Settings
- Click Notifications
- You will see all your topic subscriptions in the list
- Untick the subscription options that you would like to disable. To disable all subscriptions for a given topic, you can select None.
