How can I update my billing details?
You can update your payment card, billing address, billing contact, and subscription plan details on our secure billing portal.
- Login to Customer AI
- Navigate to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Open Billing Portal"
- Sign in to your billing portal (this will be the email of your billing contact)
- Update your details.
