How do I check my conversation count?

If you are an existing Customer AI customer, you will be able to see your conversation count in your Customer AI Dashboard.

  1. In Customer AI, go to Dashboards under insights. 

  1. Select Volume Trends.

  1. Go to the date filter and select Last 12 Months. Then click Apply.

  1. Hover over the date to see the exact number of conversations for that time period.
