Invite your team to your Workspace
Playvox Customer AI was designed with collaboration in mind so you can share access with your entire team.
Joining an existing workspace
In order to join an existing Customer AI workspace, you will need to request an invite from one of your teammates who already has access to the workspace.
Inviting your team
You can share access to your Customer AI workspace with your entire team or organization.
- Sign in to your Playvox Customer AI workspace
- In the top navigation bar, click Invite Team
- Enter one or more e-mail addresses of your teammates
- If you want to limit your teammate's access from making any changes to your Workspace, check the "Read only" box.
- Playvox Customer AI will automatically send the joining instructions to the invited members.
