How does the data volume allowance work?

We bill based on the volume of data you send to Customer AI for analysis in each calendar month. 

What is an Item?

An item in Customer AI is a single free-text comment from your user or customer.

Some examples of what counts as one item:

  • a single Zendesk support ticket
  • a single Intercom conversation
  • an NPS survey verbatim sent via Zapier
  • a customer review sent via Zapier

What is my allowance?

With each Customer AI plan, you get an allowance for the number of items you can send to Customer AI for analysis every month.

The sum of items received from all connected data sources will be used to determine your usage against the allowance.
