How to override sentiment classes?
Sentiment analysis is inherently subjective and sometimes you might disagree with the label that Playvox Customer AI has automatically assigned to a given mention.
You can improve the accuracy of your reports by manually changing the sentiment label of a given mention.
How to change Sentiment Classes?
- Whilst you are in Topic View or Mentions, locate a mention
- Click on the sentiment label
- Click on the desired value from the drop-down list
The sentiment score will automatically be saved and your reports updated to reflect the new sentiment value of the mention.
