What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

When you subscribe you get to set the allowance for the number of items you can send to Customer AI for analysis every month.

If you exceed your plan allowance in a given month, we will automatically bill you for each additional 1,000 items. You can learn more about the pricing structure on our pricing page.

If you plan to consistently exceed your plan allowance, it might be more economical to upgrade your plan to a higher tier or switch to annual billing. Feel free to contact us to discuss your options.
