How to read the Trend Chart?

The Trend Chart displays the percentage of conversations a Topic or Topic Group appeared in out of all conversations in a given period. 

This chart is helpful for gauging how much a given Topic or Topic Group is contributing to the overall conversation volume and whether it's trending upwards or downwards.

You will find this widget in the following views:

• Topic View
• Topic Group View

Filter options

The Chart widget (and all the other widgets) will be subject to any filters applied to the Dashboard view:

• Date range (default: last 30 days)
• Filters (Integration, user attributes, etc.)

Chart resolution

The chart data can be viewed in different resolutions:

• Weekly (default)
• Monthly
• Quarterly
